It is important to understand that an Intuitive Health session is not a physician/patient relationship with you, so it will not provide a medical diagnosis or treatment, prescribe medicine, give psychotherapy or be reimbursable by medical insurance. We do not use medical terminology for diagnosis or symptoms analysis.

Privacy Policy: We will not share your personal information with any third party unless required to do so by law.
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for any purchases. I am happy to reschedule if you have given at least 24 hours notice, or apply your payment to another session, course or program within 48 hours of purchase.
Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments for the entirety of the payment plan. If you participate in a membership, you will be charged monthly until you cancel. Failure to make all payments on time (within 72 hours of payment due date) will result in removal from the program, bundle, membership or any other product from Manifest with Sam Reid. You forfeit any unused sessions, trainings, etc and it is at the discretion of Manifest with Sam Reid if you will be given an opportunity to access those programs again if you request to reinstate payments. Mistakes happen and we're all human, so please reach out if there is an issue and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please understand that accommodations will not always be possible.
Basically, always listen to a doctor, take information from sessions to heart, but you are responsible for making your own decisions. All information given at any session is a recommendation based on guidance from spirit or from personal experience. I am not a doctor, therapist, counselor, crisis expert, magical wizard, or fortune teller, but I am a psychic medium that will do everything I can to give you the absolute best experience.
